For the first time, TRIAMT put on a cross-country skiing weekend in Lenzerheide exclusively for its members. With the tracks in top condition and the weather playing along, everyone had two days in the snow to enjoy themselves, whether on their own classic-style tours, in skating groups or in two ninety-minute lessons with professional, experienced cross-country instructors. Working through specific drills, the instructors gave beginners and more advanced skiers alike some valuable tips and passed on the latest thinking on skating technique.
As it had done for the mountain bike weekend last September, TRIAMT once again used the Hotel Sarain in Lenz as its base, a place that has no trouble meeting higher expectations, be it with its excellent and varied kitchen, the friendly service, its stylish interior or the wonderful spa.
Given the feedback, which was positive across the board, the committee has decided to pin down the next cross-country weekend in Lenzerheide straight away: it will take place on 25 and 26 January 2020. Save the date!
